Hannah K. Encarnacion
I’m Hannah K. Encarnacion, a pastry chef located in the San Francisco North Bay. I am a graduate of the Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Program specializing in Cakes and Pastries. I first started experimenting with cakes when I was about 10, inspired by the many food centered TV shows I watched. The one that really stuck out to me was Ace of Cakes- it was the first time I was introduced to the world of sculpted cakes. I was astounded by what a cake could truly be. From that point on I decided to play around with desserts, especially cakes, and it led me to the SRJC’s program after high school. There I learned a passion and a talent I never knew was there, and a love for many more yummy things than just cakes. I was excited to move into a life of diving my hands into dough and creating edible art. I have a special place in my heart for anything that is appeasing to the eye; the eyes always eat first!
One of my favorite things about my profession is I get to make my customers smile; their hearts warmed, and their stomachs filled. Whether it’s a cake for a birthday, a box of brownies for a neighbor, or just your personal hankering for a fresh, home baked chocolate chunk cookie, I want to make that treat special.

Basic cakes, regular cookies, cupcakes, bars: 1 week
Highly Decorated Cakes/Full Fondant cakes & Cookies: 2 weeks
Deposit Policy
All orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit upon finalization of order details
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge within 48 hours of final order placement
After 48 hours there will be a 50% penalty charge of total order price
